Guidelines for Online Admission Form


  • i. Please read admission notice, important instructions and e-prospectus carefully for major/group/programme which you want to apply.
  • ii. Signup to create your online admission application account with a valid email address. After signup successfully, a system generated email will be received on your given email address with an activation link. When you click on the link, your online admission application account will be activated. Please click on login to access your application account.
  • iii. If you have already created account, please sign in with email and password. If you forgot your password, please click on forgot password to retrieve password.

  • STEP 1
    Profile (Biographical Details)

    1. You have must upload picture before filling the Personal Information.
    2. Fill exact information (Your name, father's name and date of birth) according all degrees and transcripts i.e. Secondary, Intermediate level qualifications and CNIC/B-Form/Passport.

    STEP 2
    Academics (Qualification Details)

    Add Academic Information according to qualifications/ degrees/ diplomas order (Secondary to Higher Studies).

    STEP 3
    Profession (Experience Details)

    Add information about your Profession, Research and Experience. (You can skip this step; if not Applicable.)

    STEP 4
    Apply (Final submission of Applications)

    Separately apply for each Group/Major, Admission Base and Category one by one from the same login/account.
    (Choose major carefully; it will not be changed.)

    STEP 5
    Challan Form (to take print)

    Fee Challan will be generated for each application separately, take printout(s) using Print Challan & deposit fee in any online branch of HBL bank. Fee is non-refundable/adjustable.

    STEP 6
    Application Form (to take print)

    Take prints of Application for each applied major/group/program application respectively and submit (through courier or post/by hand) application form, paid challan and relevant documents in/to Admission Office.

    Application form will not be printed unless you upload
    PICTURE and SOFTCOPY/IMAGE OF CHALLAN (University Copy) after depositing fee.

    Important:

  • You can Logout by clicking the Logout at any completed step if you want to fill form later on.
  • Fill exact information (Your name, father`s name and date of birth) according all degrees and transcripts i.e. Secondary, Intermediate level qualifications and CNIC/B-Form/Passport.
  • Choose major carefully; it will not be changed.
  • The candidates who fail to deposit their dues within due date will forfeit their right to admission.
  • After uploading the softcopy of challan; you will not be able to modified/edit your entered information).
  • It is mandatory to submit (through courier or post/by hand) application form, paid challan and relevant documents in/to Admission Office (address given below) before or on Last date mentioned in relevant advertisement.
